According to the terms of the tariff plan, an unlimited amount of internet traffic is provided for the duration of the service package. After using the first 150GB at the maximum possible network speed (300GB when Plus service is activated) the internet traffic speed will be up to 1 Mbit/sec until the end of the paid service package for 4 weeks.

²Special prices for registered / personified subscribers and subscribers who have used the number portability service

You can get a special price for the services package for registering/personalizing your number and pay 350 UAH per 4-week package, or if port your number to lifecell, you can pay 300 UAH per 4-week package.
The lifecell number is registered if you linking your passport data to your phone number.
The lifecell number is personified, if you switch from a contract to an oral agreement and save your personal data or when you provide your data when registering a number, but the registration process is not complete.
The special price will be valid after confirmation of registration/personalization and top-up of the account for a sufficient sum to pay for the service package for 4 weeks. If there is a sufficient sum on the account to pay for the service package for 4 weeks (without additional top-up of the account), the special price will apply the next day after confirmation of registration/personalization or after reordering the service package for 4 weeks by dialing *700#.

³Estimated cost of the service package per day

The estimated cost of the service package per day is an approximate cost calculated by dividing the cost of such service package by its validity period (number of days) and rounding to kopecks. The estimated daily cost of the services package is given for reference to allow consumers to compare different service packages and may not be paid separately; payment for the cost of the service package is carried out only in full.

⁴Plus service

Get plus 150GB at the maximum possible speed in the network, 2000 mins to all numbers within Ukraine (landline, mobile, lifecell), 524MB in roaming and 50 SMS within Ukraine to your main service package for additional 100 UAH. To order the service, dial: *165#. After the activation, the service fee is charged when each payment for the 4-week service package.

Order the next services package before the expiry of the current one

If you used scope of the service package, you can order a new service package, without waiting for the current package expiry. You can order next service package no more than once a day. To order, dial: *700#. The validity period of the service package ordered ahead of schedule is not added to the validity period of the current package, but starts from the date of the order.

Unlimited calls in the lifecell network are provided after using the minutes to all numbers within Ukraine included in the 4-week service package.

The melody of MeloRing service is included to the cost of starter package or when migrating to this tariff plan for 15 days (including the day of activation and migration). After this period, the melody is automatically turned off. If you want to continue using the melody, order the MeloRing service for 20 UAH/30 days. You can switch the MeloRing service once again by calling short number 5050 or dial *150#.

⁹If the amount on the account is more than 2 kopecks, but not enough to pay for a minute of outgoing and/or transferred call at standard cost, the number of seconds corresponding to the balance on the account (based on the cost of 1 second=0,033 UAH) will be accrued for you.

¹⁰The package of 10 SMS is granted, which is valid till the end of day (Kyiv time). Starting from the 11th SMS per day or if there less than 5 UAH on the account, the cost is 2 UAH per SMS.

Other terms of the tariff plan

All taxes and fees are included. The minimum tariff plan duration is 7 calendar days from the date of its activation. By connecting to this tariff plan, the consumer confirms that they are acquainted and agree with the conditions of the chosen tariff plan, terms and procedure of providing telecommunication services by LLC lifecell, the order of application of the selected tariffs, as well as have received reliable information on telecommunications services, their quantity, quality, assortment, and their producer (executor, seller).

When switching to any other tariff plan under the terms of an oral agreement, all unused volumes of services under the tariff are transferred for the period until the end of the period for which they were accrued.

Forwarded calls are charged according to the outgoing call rates depending on the direction of the call. When redirecting to lifecell numbers, an additional redirection fee is charged - 1 UAH per call.

The tariff plan conditions are valid as of 22.02.2023.

The tariff plan terms enter into force as of 23.07.2020.

The tariff plan is valid throughout Ukraine. The services packages with the above terms are valid in the above mentioned regions. The provision of services in the temporarily occupied and uncontrolled territories of Ukraine may be limited or impossible due to circumstances that are beyond the influence and control of the operator.

Please note! The operator reserves the right to set and change tariffs (tariff plans) for its services in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Telecommunications", to change the list of the services of such kind, as well as change the terms and conditions for them; change the period of Promotions, prematurely terminate, stop their validation period unilaterally in accordance with terms and procedures of providing the LLC lifecell telecommunication services.
