Bank ID is an identity verification service via the Ukrainian banks. It allows you to identify the customer online when registering, signing documents, or ordering goods/services. The Bank ID service customer is able to sign documents and register online using their bank card.

A contract is a form of service for lifecell subscribers based on a written agreement that ensures reliable protection of your number as a result of providing personal data via BankID online identification or presenting documents to a lifecell representative.
Currently, you can only switch in the online version.
Go to Tariff Plans and Services section -> Go to Contract, select the desired tariff plan, and sign the acceptance (agreement) by applying a one-time ID. After switching to the contract successfully, an e-mail is sent with a link to download the acceptance from your personal account.

The service is available both for citizens of Ukraine and for citizens of other countries
You can connect only 1 line per 1 contract in My lifecell after register with BankID. It is technically impossible to add another line to the same contract.
The subscriber's data received via BankID is transmitted to lifecell by the subscriber's Bank; to correct any data, you must contact the bank. If the subscriber confirmed that the data is correct and then noticed any errors, then he/she need to apply to the store with his/her passport and a request to correct the data (the store's expert will make a bpm request for correction, the subscriber will need to wait for a few days).
If the bank failed to transmit all the data, the subscriber must contact the bank.
