From 01.09.2020 there will be changes in the list of tariff plans, which provide for the accrual of 5% points from the funds spent for mobile communication to the Fishka card (hereinafter - Points) under the Fishka loyalty program (hereinafter - the Program).
Tariff plan “Hype” terminates its participation in the Program. Tariff plans "Smart Life", "Free Life", "Plalitum Life" are added to the list of tariff plans for which Points are accrued.
Subscribers who are served on the terms of the “Hype” tariff plan and are participants of the Program have the opportunity to continue receiving Points in case of changing their tariff plan to one of those participating in the Program.
Subscribers who are served under the terms of the “Hype” tariff plan and are participants of the Program are informed about the changes via SMS-message.

How to become a participant of Fishka program?

All lifecell subscribers that are on the Absolute Freedom M/L, Lifehack Plus, Lifehack PLATINUM, PLATINUM 2019, PLATINUM +, Premium, Premium Exclusive, Hype, Lifehack 2020, Heat GO tariff plans and registered in Fishka loyalty program, and which indicated lifecell number in the Fishka profile, will get 5% bonuses to the Fishka account every month from used funds on mobile services for the previous month.
Bonuses for communication in the current month are accrued from the 1st to the 10th day of the next calendar month, after deduction of the fee for Compulsory State Social Insurance from the cost of cellular mobile communication services.
When calculating the cost of received mobile services, the following amounts are not taken into account:
- money transfer made using Balance transfer service;
- funds paid by the subscriber for the provision of Special Number service and/or SIM-cards Replacement and/or Number choice;
- funds used by the subscriber for content-providers services, roaming services, international calls,
- the cost of the volume of telecommunication services provided to the subscriber at the cost of acquiring starter package within the first month after the activation of the starter package with the corresponding tariff plan.
When calculating the amount of the cost of received mobile services, the cost of services that were provided on the terms of prepayment is not taken into account. Such services provided without prepayment are taken into account only after the actual payment by the subscriber of the cost of such services in full.
If lifecell subscriber`s number is on another tariff plan that isn`t in the previous list, but the subscriber is Fishka program participant and his/her lifecell number is in Fishka profile, then the subscriber can use bonuses from the Fishka account for top up of any lifecell number. In order to receive 5% as bonuses to the Fishka account, it is enough to change the tariff plan to one from the specified tariff plans participating in the program.
