Charging:

Standard charging of outbound and diverted calls

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the conversation, the cost of which includes each next second of the specified minute within the conversation. Charging begins in the first second of every minute of the call.


Bundle charging of outbound and diverted calls (when using the bundle minutes)

Write-offs (accounting) of every single minute included into the daily/monthly/7/28/30-day no-toll service bundle and is provided at the expense of the daily/monthly/7/28/30-days’ fee / Qualified refill shall take place on the first second of each minute from the Service Bundle.


Bundle charging of outbound SMS within Ukraine (when using the bundle SMS)

The outbound bundle SMS within Ukraine can be used by a subscriber exclusively for subscriber's lifecell numbers and numbers of other networks.


Standard charging of "Internet access"/"WAP"

The data while transmitted using the Internet is charged per byte when using the first byte of every 200-kilobytes’ session of the data transmission and reception. For payment of fee for the first byte, the subscriber is permitted to continue the session of data transmission-reception and transmit/receive data in the volume of 204,799* bytes without additional charge (*204799 = 200 KB - 1 byte).


Batch charging of "Internet access"/"WAP" (when using the bundle megabytes/gigabytes)

Write-offs (accounting) of every 200 kilobytes is included into the daily/monthly/7/28/30-day no-toll service bundle and is provided at the expense of the daily/monthly/7/28/30-days’ fee. The write-off is carried out at the time of reception/transmission of the first byte of every 200 kilobytes of the Service Bundle.


Conditions for changing the tariff plan

lifecell subscribers can switch their tariff plan to another one, available for connection. As a general rule, if the cost of a 1-month, 30-day, 4-week service package under the new tariff plan is equal to or more than the one under the current tariff plan, the switch to the new tariff plan terms is free, otherwise the cost of switching to another tariff plan is 50.00 UAH (including VAT and the Pension Fund fee) and is charged from the personal account immediately after the tariff plan is changed. In case of exceptions to the general rule, the description of the new tariff plan or a separate message from the operator shall indicate the cost of switching or if the switch to the new tariff plan terms is free of charge.

Saving the unused volume of services when changing the tariff plan

If the tariff plan is changed to a new one, the unused remainder of the service package (1-month, 30-day, 4-week, 1-day etc.) under the previous tariff plan shall not be saved (does not transfer to the service package under the new tariff plan), unless otherwise specified in the description of the new tariff plan or in a separate message from the operator.

Saving the unused volume of services when ordering a second package of services until the end of the current period:

When ordering the next (1-month, 30-day, 4-week) service package ahead of schedule before the expiration date of the current package, the unused balance of services for the current package is saved and available until the expiration date of such current package. After the balance is over or after the expiration of the validity period of the current package, the volume of services for the earlier ordered package of services begins to be used.

Please note that the validity period of the service package ordered ahead of schedule is not added to the validity period of the current package, but is started from the date of the order (unless otherwise indicated in the description of the tariff plan conditions or in a separate message from the operator).


Validity:

The minimum term of the tariff plan is seven (7) days from the date of its entry into force.


Additional conditions:

When receiving services under this tariff plan, the subscriber agrees, without the carrier’s authorization, not to:

(а) upgrade, modify and/or reprogram the SIM-cards;

(b) connect to the Carrier’s network (including through its SIM-cards) any other hardware/apply the technologies (GSM-Gateway/ -bridge/-router; Sim-Box, Call-Back, IP-telephony, Refile, upgraded and/or reprogrammed phone, etc.).

Providing of telecommunication services on the temporarily occupied territories and territories, where the governmental authorities temporarily or do not have full powers, can be limited or impossible due to the circumstances, which are beyond the operator's influence and control.
