• The Service package (further - the Package) fee is charged at the moment of subscription to "Roaming Online" service.
• The package is valid for 3 7, 14 or 21 days (according to Kyiv time) from the date, when you start using the Internet in the countries of "Roaming Online" service.
• In case the 3, 7, 14 or 21-day period expires or the accrued amount of the Internet traffic within Package is used, basic tariffs for using the Internet in roaming in a corresponding country are applied.
• From the moment of call (incoming or outgoing) megabytes are automatically exchanged for minutes at no extra cost at the rate: 100MB = 5 minutes. After using of 5 minutes the next exchange of MB for minutes at no extra cost at the rate 100MB = 5 minutes is automatically carried out. It continues until the volume if the provided Internet traffic is more than 100MB.
• The provided minutes are valid for 7 days (by Kyiv time) from the day of its giving. In case of the expiration of the 7-day validity term or if the volume of the Internet traffic is less than 100MB, the basic tariffs are applied for calls in roaming in the corresponding country.
• Minutes within package are applied to calls to Ukraine, the country of visit, as well as any incoming call. The price for outgoing calls to other countries (except Ukraine and the country of visit) - 100.00 UAH/min.
• The exchange is carried out only in one direction – megabytes for minutes, not conversely.
• A subscriber can deactivate, or reactivate the exchange of MB for minutes in case of need: *108#
• If the exchange is deactivated, after using of package minutes, the basic tariffs are applied for calls in roaming in the corresponding country.
• If a subscriber has deactivated the exchange of MB for minutes, for subsequent packages of the Roaming online service, the exchange will also be deactivated. To reactivate the exchange: *108#
• If you activate the Roaming online service without deactivating the option of exchanging MB for minutes, in case of making incoming/outgoing call while staying in the countries of service validity, the exchange of MB for minutes will be carried out automatically according to the service terms.

Subscribers can start to use service packages in any date till December 31th, 2022 inclusive (by Kyiv time). In case a subscriber has not started to use the Package in the countries of "Roaming Online" services within the specified period, the provided Package expire, and the money paid by subscriber is not refunded.

If you started to use the package with the basic tariffs and you subscribed to "Roaming Online" service on the same day, the remaining MB/minutes of the service package provided by basic tariffs will be used primarily, and then - MB provided by "Roaming Online" service.

"Roaming Online" service is available for all corporate subscribers.

The tariffs are quoted in UAH including all taxes and fees.

The terms of service are given as of 01.06.2022.
