The "Detailed bill" is a service allowing you to obtain a following information in a fast and easy way:
Visit self-service “My lifecell”, in section Payments and Expenses choose «Detailed bill», activate the service with help of Personal password, and download necessary information.
For additional data security, please, activate a Personal password, which will be further used to enter your "Detailed bill" page. Thus, you will be sure that no one can get an access to the detailed information on your number, as you are the only one provided with the password. In case you forget your password, you can always change it, and the new one will be sent to your e-mail.
The service allows obtaining the following info in a fast and easy way:
• outgoing and paid incoming events with the date and time of the event: the amount of used MB of Internet, minutes, SMS/MMS for the selected period
• numbers you called and send SMS to
For the purpose of additional data protection, please set up your Personal password, which will be used to access the page “Detailed bill”. Thus, you can be sure that nobody but you can access detailed information by your account. If you accidentally forgot your password you will be able to change it by e-mail.
Detailed bill is stored for the previous 2 months + the current month, but not more than 90 days. Data for the current day are not included in the report (the data will be ready to load data for the next day).
A subscriber can request a report generated for max 31 day at once within available period.
Downloaded reports are stored on the personal page for 10 days and then are automatically deleted. You can download generated reports to your device to store them permanently.
If you want to store the reports from your personal cabinet permanently, save them onto the desktop of your device.
All generated reports will be deleted if you deactivate the service.
Activation of service is free.The price of successfully downloaded Detailed Bill is 0.50 UAH per 1 day with all taxes.
The service is available to the subscribers of an individual subscription form, who are provided telecommunication services on a pre-paid basis.
