The service provides for provision of an unlimited amount of data every 30 days for a fee charged every 30 days. The amount of data provided within the service can be used within Ukraine only.
The first 100 bundle MB are provided at 4.5G/3G+, provided the availability of a 4.5G/3G+ coverage in the territory, phone technical properties and related settings. When at least one of the conditions is not met, the Internet services will be provided using EDGE (2.5G network) technology. After use of the first 100 MB, the network access will be provided at EDGE speed, i.e. 256 Kbps without data amount limitation.
When activating any other service related to provision of the data volume using 4.5G/3G+ technology, they will be used primarily, save for "Night Internet" and "lifecell video" services.
If you activate "Night Internet" and "lifecell video" services with "2.5G UNLIMITED", the services will be provided at EDGE speed.
If after 30 days use of the Service use there is not enough funds on the account to be charged for the service for the next 30 days, the Service will be suspended for 90 days. After account refilling, and provided that there are enough funds to be charged for the service, the service will be provided and fee will be charged in full. If there is not enough funds on the account to be charged for the Service use within 90 days of the Service suspension, after the said 90-days’ period, the Service will be deactivated.
After service deactivation, the Internet access will be provided using 4.5G/3G+ technology, and the data volume will be charged according to the terms of the tariff plan or other connected services.
