Why do I need the service?
The service allows you to have access to information about your additional numbers or the numbers of loved ones. Tariff, account balance, gigabytes, money balance, minutes, payment date of the service package, etc.

What is better: use the service "Mobile care" or top-up the balance of another subscriber?
Service "Mobile care" is more profitable than account top-up. After the balance top-up, the subscriber you care about can be charged with the payments for the additional services or debt.

If you use "Mobile care", in any case, the loved one will achieve the service package of his/her tariff and will be in touch.
Where can I get all the information by number?
In the app "My lifecell" add other numbers to your profile. Important to notice that you should choose the type of access: full, through a single password or limited, where another subscriber receives SMS, answering which he/she gives permission and access to information about his/her number.
What is a single password?
A single password is no less than an eight-digit password, capital and lowercase, special symbols. Create a strong password. This is what will protect your personal information from fraudsters.

How exactly can you do this?
Go to the form of registration in the app "My lifecell", enter your number and a code, which you will receive by SMS.
Who can access this service?
The service is available for the subscribers of Ltd "lifecell" who signed the agreement of the provision of telecommunications services in oral or written form and are serviced according to the individual tariff plans on a prepaid basis.

If you order the service package for another subscriber, pay attention that you can receive it only once per day. In this case just repeat the attempt on the next day.
How many numbers can I add to my profile?
With the full access - 5 numbers
With the limited access - 10 numbers.
From what account will the money be charged during the payment of the tariff service package or additional services?
For instance, you (main number --A) want to add an additional number lifecell (number B). Therefore, you select full access, enter a single password once and manage the number B as your own: change tariff, order services, make settings. The payment will be charged from the number B.


If you want to add the number of the loved one (number C), you choose limited access. The subscriber with the number C should give you the one-access to his/her number management. After it is done you can access balances, money balances, date of the next service payment, etc. However, you can't change anything. If you order tariff service packages, the payment will be charged from the account of the main number A, not from the C number account.
What is the main number?
This is a lifecell number, to which you will be able to add other numbers with full or limited access. This is your profile number. You can edit your profile information and make all necessary settings (change names of the added numbers, photo, add other numbers and delete them). The number you added can't be added by others. The added number can be removed both from the initiative of the main one and by the owner of another number.

1. Service "Mobile care" is available for ordering or receiving by subscribers of Ltd "lifecell", who have concluded the agreement on the provision of telecommunications services in oral or written form and are serviced according to individual tariff plans on a prepaid basis.

2. The connection of the tariff service packages can be made with the help of the codes: *700#, additional minutes package: *040#, additional gigabytes package: *301#, additional SMS package: *302#, video: *303#, music: *304#

Within the framework of the service "LifeVideo unlimited" the free traffic of such services is provided: YouTube, Netflix, SWEET.TV, MEGOGO, OLL TV, "Lanet. TV", Divan.TV, 1+1 video, Trinity, YouTV.

Within the framework "Unlimited music" the unlimited amount of Internet traffic is provided for listening music in such apps as: Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, SoundCloud и Tuneln Radio during the package validity period. There are no limitations on the amount of subscribers for whom you can order the tariff package services.

3. The service is available within the territory of Ukraine.

The service conditions are specified for the period from 01.11.2021.

Receiving service on the temporarily occupied and controlled territories can be limited or unavailable due to the conditions, which are beyond the influence and control of the operator.

The operator reserves the right to set or change the tariffs (tariff plans) on its services according to the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", change the range of such services as well as change the conditions, promotions timing, terminate before time and the termin of its promotions unilaterally, etc. due to the Terms and Conditions for the provision of services Ltd "lifecell".
