At the request of lifecell, Factum Group, a group of professional research agencies, conducted a survey of subscribers of various mobile operators about their attitude to calls to other networks. It was found that the majority of Ukrainians still pay attention to which operator they call. When calling other operator’s numbers, they try to speak faster in order to save money and package minutes. For the same purpose, subscribers simultaneously use several SIM cards. At the same time, more than half of the "multisimmers" experience inconvenience from high communication costs due to the necessity to pay for the services of several operators.
