Service Control Centre Engineer
1. Checking and reporting all System failures (Servers, DB, Billing and VAS Platforms, etc) 2. Technical support of internal users 3. Technical support of billing and VAS processes.
Education: Bachelor, Specialized (Diploma)/ IT/Telecommunications. Working experience: No experience. Language skills: Russian, Ukrainian (fluent); English (intermediate). PC Skills: ОS Windows, Unix. Specific knowledge/ experience areas: • Oracle, SQL basic knowledge; • Unix basic knowledge; • GSM basic knowledge; • Network technologies basic knowledge
